都柏林鮑寧頓酒店 (Bonnington Hotel & Leisure Centre)

I waited to leave this review because the manager Ramona said that she would make it right. She promised to email me on February 26, 2025 but I never heard back from her. When I checked in I was greeted by a very kind man. He was professional and got me all checked-in in no time at all. I was very impressed. Once I got to my room it all went bad very fast. My pillow was filthy. The sink leaked every time I washed my hands. There were hand smudges on the window, stains in the carpet, and mold in the bathroom. You can see the mold on the towl under the sink. I was exhausted and I have limited mobility issues, so I flagged down housekeeping and got the bed refreshed. She was wonderfully polite and apologetic and quite efficient, as she had the bed refreshed very quickly. A little while later someone came up and checked on the leak. He wiped up the floor and left the towel under the sink just in case. I was told that the sink could not ne easily repaired and I would be moved to another room. However that did not happen my first night. I waited all the next morning but no one came. Finally, I went down to the front desk to ask if they forgot about me. I told them that all of my belongings were packed up and ready to go to the new room. I missed the morning tour but I was not going to miss the afternoon tour waiting to be moved. I left. When I returned several hours later, no new room. I was tired and totally not sober, from the Jameson distillery tour, and didn't feel like making a fuss. I just wanted to relax and I said as much. I was given a key to another room and told that I could move my luggage at my leisure. I was not offered any help at all nor wad I given any compensation for having such a terrible experience at this hotel. The next morning I spoke to Ramona the manager. I left my name, phone number, and email address. She made promises which were never kept, as I checked out and headed to the airport that morning about an hour afterspeakingto her.

Очень хороший отель для отдыха, можно позаниматься в тренажёрном зале,поплавать в красивом бассейне с джакузи,пойти в сауну,а потом покушать в красивом уютном ресторане.Добраться до города 20 минут.Если вернусь в Дублин ,я бы вернулась в этот чудесный отель.

Nice place. Decent location, especially for those looking specifically to stay in the Northern suburbs More appropriately priced compared to some other equivalent Hotels in Dublin suburbs Would certainly consider staying here again, especially if have a car

Excellent spot right out from the Dublin airport and a quick drive to city center. Lovely accommodation, must wear swimming caps in the pool! Parking just outside made it all a breeze.

Hotel posizionato fuori dalla zona centrale di Dublino, comodo se hai noleggiato un’auto e la vuoi parcheggiare gratuitamente di fronte all’hotel e visitare la città a piedi. A poca distanza dall’hotel c’è la fermata del bus per il centro città. Camere pulite, personale cordiale. Ristorante non indimenticabile ma accettabile.

房間環境好及整潔，有泊車位。但房間較焗促及熱，雖然已開冷氣但未有改善

三人間非常滿意！！！ 房間比預期大非常多，感覺不是描述寫的20平，而是四十平左右。 基本設施都很齊全，服務態度也很好，推薦！

Stayed at the Bonnington Hotel and was greeted well but I was expecting a fridge in my room as the advert clearly states that a fridge would be available but I didn’t get one and after requesting several times I still didn’t get one. The parking attendant is also very rude and seems to be on the look out to cause issues for visitors. The parking was very busy and spaces are limited, be prepared to walk around the side of the hotel. BE WARNED OF THIS GUY!!

I would definitely recommend the bonnington to friends, the staff where so lovely and welcoming and the location was brilliant the hotel itself is beautiful so I would 100% recommend
